Absolutely! We have been traveling there for over 10 years and have never had an issue with crime. The one thing the locals stress is locking your car doors and securing your valuables at all times.

Currently, there are no restrictions for entering Curaçao from the US and visa versa.

Yes! Do you have a large group attending? We can handle the details and ensure that you have access to group tours, exclusive parties, and activity discounts. Our suggested travel agents can handle the booking and we fill in the rest!

We offer several convenient payment options to suit your financial needs. We accept most major credit cards, PayPal, Afterpay, ApplePay, GooglePay, and CashApp. If you are booking your stay through one of our suggested travel agents or on your own, please adhere to their payment agreements.

Yes! Curaçao has the largest water purification facility in the Caribbean. Purchasing bottled water is always a viable option, but the water is very safe to drink.

If you are staying in one of our partner resorts, your transportation to and from any purchased event is included. If you are staying in a villa, we strongly suggest that you rent a car. We have a reputable agency that we are partnered with. Please contact us for details.

Not really. The native language in Curaçao is Papiamento. Citizens also speak Spanish, Dutch and of course...English!

Upgrades are done on a first come, first serve basis. Some events will have limited capacity, so please notify us first if you decide to upgrade.

Terms and Conditions

TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS

  • Flights are NOT INCLUDED in the resort or villa prices. (Flights can be added by your travel agent if you are purchasing a hotel/airfare package)
  • There are flights leaving from BWI, New York, Charlotte, Atlanta, Miami, Los Angeles, etc...
  • Direct flights to Curaçao leave from JFK, Charlotte, and Miami only.
  • Flights usually go on sale for the winter around August/September.
  • American Airlines and JetBlue Airways have regular flights to Curaçao. Please check with your corresponding airport for details
  • If you are interested in travel insurance, please purchase at your discretion or from your designated travel agent. 
  • A PASSPORT IS REQUIRED for travel to Curaçao.Please make sure that it is current.
  • There are NO VACCINE REQUIREMENTS. Testing will be subject to change. Please check beck with us regularly for COVID-related updates

HOTEL PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS 

  • Initial Deposits of one night of stay at the Acoya Resorts is required to reserve an apartment or villa. Final Payments are due January 31 2023.
  • Please notify your travel agent of all parties staying the room. 
  • Payments for WINTER SOULSTICE CURACAO ACTIVITIES will be accepted via electronic payment. Click here to view our packages. 
  • Rooms are 1st come 1st serve. These will more than likely SELL OUT due to the 2 year Carnival hiatus. 
  • An updated invoice will be electronically mailed to you after each payment towards the Acoya Resort. Please notify us prior to sending in a payment (phone, text, or email) and your method of payment.
  • Required Room Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another individual if you are unable to attend. Any cancellations made after September 1, 2022, will result in a partial deposit return, less the Required Deposit ($100 for doubles and triples/pp, $200 for singles) and Administrative fee of $50. Please check with your travel agent for their return policy if you are not using our services
  • Any room upgrades may incur a fee based on availability.
  • FINAL PAYMENTS FOR All WINTER SOULSTICE CURACAO ACTIVITIES ARE DUE DECEMBER 1, 2022.
